Personally identifiable information:

We offer career related services for job seekers, employers. With our professional consulting and technology support, we also offer services to individual companies in specific technologies.

Job seekers and employers need to complete profile to use our career related services. When job seeker completes a profile, need to provide certain information which are personally identifiable such as e-mail address, education, name, location, profession, or work experience. When we collect such information, it has been specified which informational items are mandatory to provide, and which are optional.

Job seekers should post profiles and resumes on our jobs portal only if they wish such information to be viewed by our customers. At any time, job seekers may elect that their profile and resume not be searchable by our customers by logging into their account and changing the visibility setting in the dashboard.  If the users need any help to make such changes, then they may also contact us at support@ikeum.com. When posting a resume we advise job seekers not to include their contact information within their resume attachment. All members and visitors should be aware that, if the personally identifiable information is included in a resume or profile, the information may be collected and used by others to send that person unsolicited email from other parties which are not controlled by us.

Certain visitors to our website choose to interact with ikeum.com and use some specific services that require to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that we gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we allow users to register and become an author to post in our blog.
